It's tough to put into words how helpful Paul has been, but coming from a new, first time buyer's perspective can be, and is, incredibly daunting, but Paul has been nothing short of exceptional. He's helped with brokering a mortgage in a challenging environment, supported with insurance quotes, giving the clearest guidance possible throughout each step and even supported with price arrangements after a valuation. Our previous term had to come an end at the worst possible time with the market rises, and Paul worked tooth and nail to ensure we got the best rate possible.
