7m Rent a Car Reviews 

I have done an internship for 5 months in Madeira, and every time I had a weekend I rented a car from 7m (I have rented at least 13 cars) and wow… There is a reason I always rented from them. I specifically rented from 7m monumental, Joana, was a saint. Always giving me the best car which suited my needs. 7m is the cheapest rental with the highest quality. Super reliable and amazing staff whom makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.

This was our second rental with 7M at the Lido, Joana was again very helpful in arranging a weeks rental with minimum delay at pick up. The car was clean and well presented with no problems. The return was easy, with Joana very efficient in checking the car. We will use 7M again on our next visit to Madeira.

We waited an hour for the contact person at the airport, but no one came. We called all the numbers we could find on the internet, but no one answered. We then took a taxi to one of the many branches and the employee there called the person responsible for us. We lost an hour and a half and the uncertainty was not very pleasant. They said the contact person had been at the airport several times and had called for us. That's not true, the airport is very small and we were at the agreed location. The car was fine, except for the fact that the key battery was dead from day two.

Only miss step was late delivery of the car which lead to attempts to check it was on its way. No calls picked up.

The delivery time seemed unrealistic with the processes you have in place.

Otherwise very good.

Everything went great, car was flawless and much newer than we expected, we had some time changes mut everything went very smoothly.

I’ve been using 7m for the last 6 years - every single time I go to Madeira they offer the most convenient and complete renting services. Highly recommended!

The staff is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions. They are very professional and their cars work really well. We chose them because they offered a package with full insurance for a good price. The process of renting is extremely easy with them.

I have been renting with 7M for a while and im very please with their services. They got plenty of cars to choose from and they make renting a car an easy task.
I highly recommend choosing them if you are visiting Madeira!

Didn’t have car ready when we arrived, had to walk to a different location and still had to wait about 45 minutes for the car to arrive. Was not offered any sort of discount for their mistakes.
