It was really easy to order through 3WM. I have registered with them, so my previous order history was there and this made it straightforward to re-order something I had bought in the past. Delivery was next day and everything arrived in good condition and when I expected.

all ok we used to use these a lot until they implemented the £4.95 delivery charge from free, which decided against this surcharge as we could basically get the same product/price with free delivery elsewhere but their service was recommended and we will use again

We do of course understand that the delivery charge does not suit all customers.
We had to make a decision on passing increasing costs across as product price increases or by adding a relatively small shipping charge. We ship a catalogue of over twenty thousand products, some very large and expensive to ship and in frankness on lower value orders if we didn't charge shipping (the margins are so low) we were making losses.
We did the maths and considered the shipping charge was fairer and more transparent. We believe it allows our customers to compare our pricing more easily and take advantage of savings through consolidating orders.

Best value, great service
I have used many stationery companies over the years and this company definitely offers the best value for money - for example, I work for a garage and we use brown cardboard labels that we tie to the clients' keys. Our previous stationery company charged £54.00 for 1,000, 3WM charge £12!!! I think that says it all.
