Absolute joke of a company. I’ve purchased hoodies before from them with no issue. Ordered two on 31st March 2024, got a generic “it’s being made” email & nothing ever since. No response to emails - that are now being bounced back saying undelivered. Messaged them across socials, no response. No refund. Nothing. It’s the 7th May. Absolute joke.

AVOID ,AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! HAVENT RECIEVED MY ORDER AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS YOU SEND , I HAVE EVEN MESSAGED THEM ON EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM THEY HAVE AND THEY STILL HAVENT REPLIED EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE VERY MUCH ACTIVE ON THEIR SOCIALS AND POST EVERYDAY!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I HAVE DISPUTED THIS WITH MY BANK .THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL

Still no order a month after purchasing. Communication started off great, explaining it was printing etc, but now nothing. They’re also ignoring my emails asking them to cancel and refund me which is appalling. Yet they’re happy to send an email out pushing their sale! Sure, order if you want to wait like me and the others posting similar reviews of this company! Utterly appalling. Looking at how I can take this further to get my money back. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

was recommended this clothing company by a friend, he has always had very good service. However, I ordered over 100 pounds worth of clothing, it’s taken them over a month to arrive whilst I have been trying to contact them regarding my order AND THEN received someone else’s order. Won’t respond to emails or direct messages, problem reported but nothing, easy to say I’ve been scammed

24 days from order and no item received yet.

Their new excuse is it s being printed.
Told them in a email I ll give them 30 days then I am informing my bank To get my money back as they are not responding to my full refund request.

Avoid this company - would not even given the one star if I could leave a review with No stars at all.

I placed an order and still have not received it. I’m unsure how this company is still operating as it seems to be a complaint many others have which I wish I saw before ordering from 304. Poor way to run a business no other company’s would take over two weeks to ship and definitely not longer. I contacted their customer support and got told they were taking 4-7 working days as they had a back log of orders, it is outside of that timeframe and I’ve emailed them again and received no reply. Will be requesting a refund now as nowadays this is not good enough.

Have been a customer of these for many years and I feel over the years the service is not improving but getting worse. Constantly having to chase my order on a number of occasions. The product it’s self are fantastic but if you want an item be prepared to wait well over a month to receive it. Customer service is not that great either when they do reply they give a time scale of it to be sent and then fail to meet that scale. Very disappointing as the brand and clothing is absolutely fantastic but the time you wait and service puts you off returning. I feel this will be the last time I order.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I placed an order with them on the 5th of march and still haven't received my order. I can't even get a straight forward answer of what's happening with my order or when it will be dispatched.

Dont order here. My order still did not arrive. Its been 3 months and still nothing. My emails are not taken seriously. DONT ORDER HERE

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! I am waiting for refund 2months. Don't waste your money and time. They ignore e-mails and if they reply, they promise to refund the money, which of course they do not do.

Item took 2 weeks to arrive.
Was too large so returned it via tracked service and only wanted to exchange for a smaller size.
Sent multiple emails asking and heard nothing back at all.

If I could give this company less I would.
Received items early December and disputed that they were miss sold, they accepted to have the items returned and I paid proof of postage signed for once it was signed for I contacted the company to see where my refund/voucher was. They stated it could take 5-10 working days. Nearly 3 weeks later and still nothing. I am now without clothing and money down.
I’ve tried contacting via social media emails and the director of the company, to say they regularly update social media shows they are still active so why can they not respond to customers?!
Considering the economy at the moment customers are trying to support smaller companies but the way they treat them in return is terrible.

Turned into one of the worst clothing companies going! Ordered a present for Christmas which turned out to be much larger than the usual sizing, labels and everything still on it so as 304 offer lifetime returns I contacted to see whether this was okay. Took them over a week to respond to me, rude email, messages you name it! Anyway I sent the parcel back tracked on on the 30th January, it was delivered and signed for the next day, I contacted 304 a couple of days after this as I had heard nothing and they said they would look into it well this was over a week ago. No point in adding the CEO into the emails as he is not bothered, I now have no product or the money for it will be contacting the relevant parties as this is essentially theft.

23/02/2024 UPDATE - 304 advised that they have processed the return and I would receive the parcel this week. Post has just been and nothing, absolute shambles of a company hopefully they get shut down.

I would give zero stars if I could. Shoddy customer service, delivery was double the amount of time stated from Black Friday, asked for the order to be cancelled and they sent it anyway, received incorrect items and despite them splashing FREE UK RETURNS all over their website it cost me £12/13 to return as their returns portal was down and they only apparently cover £2.99 (according to their email) for a refund. Seeing as I asked for the order to be cancelled and received incorrect items I find this laughable. Its been over 14 working days since they said they would offer me a partial refund (the rest has to be wasted store credit apparently, I will never shop here again) I feel as though I have been scammed and would recommend avoiding ordering here at all costs. Special shout out to Bintou for quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received.

They are horrible.
I bought a t-shirt as a present for my boyfriend and I ordered just before Christmas. I got my package in the middle of January. After that I saw that the t-shirt wasn’t well printed and I emailed them multiple times! NO RESPONS

Only emails with discount advertisements and standard responses and they had nothing to do with my ‘question or email’

Won’t answer emails and won’t send me a refund after a month since my return. AVOID.

Awful. Ordered on the 26th December. Still have not received my order and am now being ignored. They have just taken my money. Absolute dreadful company.

Ordered for a birthday present for my partner 7th January.
Like others I have heard nothing from them about my order despite contacting them on 3 occasions, all with no reply . The website appears to be still taking orders which is surprising.
I had ordered previously without issue but now , as others have said, am thinking they have taken my money.
Or should we assume that the aforementioned flood also took away any ability to communicate with customers?

Ordered a hoodie beginning of January and still nothing. No reply to emails. As other people have stated they are a disgraceful company. I'm guessing I'll never see my item. I think the only way forward is to seek out legal advice as they are false advertising. Reply please 304
