Ordered in March. Delivery received 3 weeks later. - I ordered a woman’s tracksuit and received a man’s hoody.
Zero response to emails aside from the generic 48hr response email.
Attempted a charge back through my credit card which they have also blocked claiming the order was fulfilled.
Will be reporting to Trading Standards as I am £100 out of pocket and it’s clear I’m not the only one who has been scammed.

Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I got a wrong size, I followed by instructions and I sent back my hoodie then I never get anything back. I lost my money! I sent a lot emails but never received any response

* DO NOT ORDER *I ordered on April the 29th and still no parcel, I had an email on the 6th of may saying there is a delay with my order and thanks for my patience etc… I have tried to email a few times between then and now and had no response, this order cost me £65 and I still have not received or had any communication from them…. I would not make any purchases from this company as it seems I am not the only one ready these reviews!! Absolutely shocking.

I have now received my hoodies, while I did leave a bad review before, as I said it’s good quality something may have just went wrong, so I appreciate you sending them.

And now I hsve order couple more thing.. they won't reply to e-mails or send the clothes

Ive made 4 seperate purchases and the first 3 itemz showed up perfect quality and beautiful gear, but made a bigger purchase on my 4th order and i made that purchsse on the 3rd may 2024 and the time im writing this review is 12th june 2024 and still not revieved my items and can not get intouch with anybody or cancel order or get refunded!!!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago sent several emails and messages over social media and had no response. They have posted on Instagram after I placed my order so must still be operating but I feel as though they are scamming people from all the other reviews iv read on here.

The fact that this company’s website is still up and running is a joke. Placed an order back at the start of April for a birthday gift, and have received no item, nor any communication. Company’s House is saying that they’ve gone into administration, but no confirmation that they can fulfil customers orders that have been paid for? Have contacted them on every avenue possible, all social media accounts, email etc and got nothing back. Avoid entirely, used to order regularly with them and even if they got up and running again I would still never place another order.

Still waiting for an order I placed and paid for in early April. This company seemed to be in administration but as other reviewers have noted, now seem active on social media. What is going on?

Had never had a problem until recently. They’ve taken money and not fulfilled the order, are still advertising, but emails are bouncing back and they’ve stopped comments on social media!

No sign of my order placed back at beginning of april, had to get refund from bank. Sean cotter is living it up in America so I'm not sure how orders are even being done. Theres a Facebook page being updated though so just commented a nice post and tagged the infamous Sean cotter seen as though there's no other way to contact him. They have also been in administration since May 2023 all on companies House for all to see but he does have other companies and has dissolved quite a few 304 clothing ones

AVOID. Ordered 2 lucky dip t-shirts, was delivered one 3 weeks ago. Reached out and received a response advising that they would post and second one and received confirmation of this via email. 3 weeks later no t-shirt. Ordered a hoodie and received a confirmation email for postage. The package has just arrived addressed to me and contains the order for another customer! Disgusting service when you can't even email them now as it bounces back.

Waiting weeks for goods, various excuses and emails now being returned undelivered. 304 Clothing Ltd is in Administration from May 2023. Would avoid making any orders as unclear if product paid for will now be honoured. AVOID!

Hopeless customer service. Ordered goods weeks ago and when I questioned the time scale, they said it was getting printed. After several more emails I requested a refund. Now my emails are coming back undelivered. Don’t buy from this company!!!!

Have ordered from this company in the past and love the quality of the clothing and never had any issue with delivery. Did not read recent reviews before ordering from them again as I felt they were a trusted company. Placed an order March and have yet to receive delivery. Have sent numerous emails as requested but only ever receive an automated response. Reading reviews since shows that this is the experience of many others. No issue taking our money but not delivering good or any form of customer service. Absolutely disgraceful.

This company is a scam company. They used to be ok but not anymore. I ordered on the 20th March. They ignore all emails, all messages to their social media. Do not order from them. I want a refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered 2 jumpers on the 31st of March... Had left it 2 weeks before I decided to email them asking when they were going to arrive. Heard back a couple of times saying they would sort the order. It then become a joke waiting over 6 weeks & everytime I tried to email from then on it wouldn't go through. Tried calling the number it's useless.. so I had to go through my bank to get the money back. The order was over 70 quid it's alot of money to alot of people. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering.
