I created my order on June 7 and the…

I created my order on June 7 and the site promised delivery before my event on June 20. The order shipped just recently and won't arrive until June 23rd. I called to get a refund because now I'm out extra costs to scramble and get the items for the event that should have arrived by now because they failed their delivery promise. COMPLETE BS.

I order Printed shirts but I received shirts that were DTF. Not what I ordered and now I'm getting the run around about my order.

worst service I've ever experienced in…

worst service I've ever experienced in every way. I ordered shirts for my company, small first order to see how they would come out and they came out good so I ordered a large order same print same shits. took 2.5 months to get it and they came out wrong messed up print when I asked for them to fix it or refund me. they said they can't print the same print every time and they would give me a 30% refund lol I thru the shirts in the trash and they got payed for n nothing. don't use this company you will be disappointed

This is the 2nd time we placed a large…

This is the 2nd time we placed a large (to us at least) order with your company. We give out koozies during our boat charter and the guests love them! Something to take home that has our name, logo and number so that they can book again.

Great wedding favors!

They were quick and exactly what I ordered. I’m excited to use them for my wedding favors! I will say I wish there was more communication because I chose a small font size that isn’t very visible. I wish there was more guidelines/recommendations or even a sample sent before the final print. Also some of the stickers were not perfect, but if I had done them DIY that issue would have been worse. I’m very excited to use them and they look great and work great!

Order Approved, Rush Fee Charged, Then Canceled After Delivery Date

Avoid this company if your order is time sensitive.

I placed an order for custom matchboxes over two weeks ago and promptly submitted my artwork. My design was approved, my order was processed, and I was given an estimated delivery date. At no point was I told that the matchbox color I selected was out of stock.

To make matters worse, I spoke with customer service and paid an additional $99 for rush shipping to ensure I received the order in time for my event. Even then, nobody informed me there was an inventory issue.

Only AFTER my estimated delivery date had already passed did I receive a notice that my order was on hold because the matchboxes were out of stock. Shortly after, they simply canceled the order altogether.

This left me scrambling to find a replacement vendor less than two weeks before my event after wasting more than two weeks waiting on an order they apparently knew they couldn’t fulfill.

Inventory issues happen. What is unacceptable is approving artwork, processing an order, charging customers additional rush fees, failing to communicate stock shortages, and then canceling the order after the promised delivery date has already come and gone.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. If your event has a deadline, I would strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.

Untrustworthy Business

Two months ago, I ordered custom embossed wristbands as a fundraiser for a cancer patient with an inscription on the inside and paid extra for expedited production and shipping to meet a specific deadline. Near the deadline, 24 Hour Wristbands contacted me and said they could not complete the order as agreed unless I removed the inner inscription.

After multiple conversations with a third-party customer service team located overseas, I reluctantly agreed to remove the inside inscription so the order could still arrive on time. A few days later, the wristbands shipped.

When I received the order, the wristbands were not embossed as advertised or contracted for — they were simply printed on the outside. After contacting customer service about the issue, communication stopped completely.

I paid around $350 for a product that was not what I ordered and received poor customer service when trying to resolve it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
