14 Day Cooling Off Period
Every Service Agreement purchased is subject to a 14-day cooling off period. This allows the Service Provider and the Customer to cancel the service agreement without penalty. Please note that any claim submitted within this 14-day period will be subject to a mandatory £95 Excess. If subsequently www.247homerescue.co.uk the Breakdown is deemed to be as a result of an intermittent or pre-existing fault the claim will be declined. In such circumstances a Pay on Use Service is available. The 14-day cooling off period commences from the date of inception of the claim or receipt of agreement whichever is sooner.
Provided you have paid your contract fees, we will guarantee that our engineers will conduct one annual service (if this has been purchased), safety and operational check (this will be a Gas Safe recommended service not a manufacturer’s service) in any 12-month period.

First issue is they constantly try upselling items and services. If I want something, I’ll ask.
Second issue; engineer came to do the usual boiler service. Told me the boiler was in good condition and that it was one of the easiest jobs. He mentioned that there was a problem with a pressure valve and that it’s an easy fix. Just needs a replacement valve and that the office would contact me. My cover is Home Plus, which should cover parts and labour but apparently NOT pressure valves! They asked for £185 to replace the valve. I contacted them and they said “it’s not covered because of sludge”……, utter BS. What am I paying for???? I won’t be renewing my policy.

Had an issue with my hot water enginer…
Had an issue with my hot water enginer came out on the same day and fixed the problem. Also had a another engineer come round the next day to assess my property for a new boiler and cylinder. Very professional and courteous. It's my first experience with 24/7 rescue and its been an excellent one.
