14 Day Cooling Off Period
Every Service Agreement purchased is subject to a 14-day cooling off period. This allows the Service Provider and the Customer to cancel the service agreement without penalty. Please note that any claim submitted within this 14-day period will be subject to a mandatory £95 Excess. If subsequently www.247homerescue.co.uk the Breakdown is deemed to be as a result of an intermittent or pre-existing fault the claim will be declined. In such circumstances a Pay on Use Service is available. The 14-day cooling off period commences from the date of inception of the claim or receipt of agreement whichever is sooner.
Provided you have paid your contract fees, we will guarantee that our engineers will conduct one annual service (if this has been purchased), safety and operational check (this will be a Gas Safe recommended service not a manufacturer’s service) in any 12-month period.

Great and Quick Service
First off, when calling, the options to get through to someone were a bit confusing as nothing was matching my need but when I did speak to someone, they attempted to assist over the phone with live video sharing before having to pay the call out fee, which I appreciated.
Engineer came out, saw the error appearing on the boiler and knew immediately why it was happening. They fixed the issue and then came back the next day to fit a new part

Had a boiler service scheduled…
Had a boiler service scheduled yesterday and arrived and said they couldn’t complete the job as it was in a cupboard and could not take the casing off! Did not say anything else at all just left shortly after. I did say very strange as it’s been serviced every year since with been in the house with no problems or concerns. Said to ring the office to book another date once it was made more accessible. I then received and email saying they can not complete the job as the boiler was inaccessible and casing was also broken! Again he showed me why it was not able to be serviced and did not show me any other issues or faults. I asked for proof of broke boiler casing as we did get an image of the boiler showing the position. I went back to them to say your engineer must have broken the boiler as we have not had any problems with it and he would have let me know if that is the case. They’ve refused to except the damage claiming they did not damage the casing and the casing clips damage is wear and tear! We now have to pay out for someone to fix the boiler casing when we’ve literally been in this house for under 2 years and not had any problems with the previous boiler service last year. I think this is terrible customer service, be very careful with this company!!!
