No answer from costumer service

Bought two matresses, one toplayer and one solid. The top came quick the other was promised november 26th, I have sent 3 emails asking if it is sent and when expected delivery. No answers. I bought with Klarna and opened a case since I got no response so I will not loose any money, but this is awful costumer service.
