Absolutely ridiculous customer service
What a joke. I reported that the topper wasn’t the right height, and instead of actually helping, they kept sending me endless “instructions” on how to measure a mattress like I’ve never seen a measuring tape before. Nowhere on the product page do they say the height is measured with the cover, yet they act like I’m the problem.
After sending photos again and again, they still refused to accept them and talked to me like I’m doing something wrong. Instead of admitting they sent the wrong item, they threaten to charge me return costs. Pathetic. Just send the return label and stop wasting people’s time.
Avoid this company unless you enjoy being lectured for their mistakes.
