Jiggiel

After contacting support directly, I received an email very shortly thereafter (at 9:00 p.m.) requesting that I contact them via the form in the uploaded file. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received a response to:
- My request to contact them via the form in the uploaded file over six months ago
- My request to contact me via the form from the uploaded file over a week ago
- The email in which I was asked to contact them via the form in the uploaded file with a request for a response

I suspect that until I pay them, I will never receive a response, but in order to pay, I would first like to know if the files can be recovered in any way.

The company is completely unserious. They ignore me on social media and don't respond to emails. Zero customer service, no way to delete an account. They advertise themselves as free, but only after registration and a few days later do you discover you have to pay a hefty fee to even use the service. It's a complete scam, don't ever use it.
