Good Location, Poor Hygiene

The Camden branch in London has a good location, but the toilets are always very dirty and not cleaned properly.

Urgent Request Regarding My Order

I am very disappointed that I haven’t received any replies to my messages. This is really poor service. With my first order, I already faced issues and even left a negative review, but I still decided to give you another chance with a second order, thinking that maybe the problem was only a one-time situation. Unfortunately, you are not responding to emails or messages this time either. I was even willing to remove my negative feedback, but with this experience you are not leaving me any reason to do so.

Please send my medication as soon as possible.

Extremely Poor Experience – Avoid

Asda Pharmacy has been extremely unreliable and unprofessional with my Mounjaro 5mg order. I was told I could collect it from Wembley on 18th August after 3pm, but after travelling 45 minutes each way, the medication wasn’t there and I had no update whatsoever. Now they say it will come by courier, yet I’ve been given no tracking number, no courier details, and none of my messages are answered.

This is not a trustworthy service – the communication is non-existent, and customers are left completely in the dark. I regret switching to Asda and strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake.
