I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. My experience has been unacceptable on every level.
- The task I booked was not completed.
- The part of the task that was started was done incorrectly.
- As a result of the poor workmanship, water is now leaking everywhere, creating an even bigger problem than before.
- I requested a refund, but I have not received any response or reimbursement.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service that not only failed to solve the issue but actually made the problem worse, causing additional inconvenience, stress, and potential damage.
I expect the following immediately:
- A full refund for the incomplete and incorrect task.
- Compensation or support for the damage caused by the leaking water.
- A clear explanation of why my refund request has been ignored.
Please treat this matter as urgent. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
