Terrible Delivery System
This was my first time ordering from Petit Pli and I can’t say that I’m happy with the product, since I never received it.
You chose UPS as your shipper, which in my opinion was a poor choice. They made three delivery attempts, and now the item is being sent back since they couldn’t deliver to an access point.
So maybe in the future, changing your shipping partner to insure customers receive their items is the way forward.

We can see UPS recorded multiple delivery attempts and marked the parcel as delivered on 8 September, but it’s clear something has gone wrong along the way.
