Pick-up
Driver was meant to meet us in arrivals lounge, with name on his phone/tablets, as stated in my email. No one there. Waited half an Hour, so my wife had to ring from abroad to uk, which cost money to ask we're they were 2 times. Had to try and find driver ourselves, when we eventually did find him. He did not speak any English. Started our dream holiday off on a stressful mote for me and my family. I paid for private transfer. Might as well as just got the local bus or a shared transfer. Paid £155 + money to ring the helpline in uk. When arrived home Wrote to them 3 times, fobbed off. With a miserly % off my next transfer. I am 58 years old been to many airports around the world, used many transfer companies. I will Never use this company again.
