Kerrie was brilliant. I was looking for the whole month of January for the trip of a lifetime to Australia.
I contacted various other companies and kerrie was the only 1 to reply all the time.
When I eventually spoke to her, I must of asked her many questions and she was brill.

Terrible customer service.
E mailed them approx 20 times. Ignored most of them.
I sent them.a picture of there size shoes against similar shoes and theirs were smaller.
Rang number approx 5 times. Cant speak to anybody.
My shoes were not the uk size stated. Compared to other similar size shoes I have.
I have to pay £4 to return items because of the 30 deadline return policy .
After 6 weeks of fighting this company I am £ 4 out of pocket. I no its not a lot of money but its the principle.
I will never used thus company again.

Driver was meant to meet us in arrivals lounge, with name on his phone/tablets, as stated in my email. No one there. Waited half an Hour, so my wife had to ring from abroad to uk, which cost money to ask we're they were 2 times. Had to try and find driver ourselves, when we eventually did find him. He did not speak any English. Started our dream holiday off on a stressful mote for me and my family. I paid for private transfer. Might as well as just got the local bus or a shared transfer. Paid £155 + money to ring the helpline in uk. When arrived home Wrote to them 3 times, fobbed off. With a miserly % off my next transfer. I am 58 years old been to many airports around the world, used many transfer companies. I will Never use this company again.
