Suncorp Credit Cards Sketchy

Suncorp abandons their
Clear Options credit cards sends out a MyCard telling you to register the card. This is sent without any product information. No information available online either at suncorp cards, NAB or MyCard. Calling the card centre the agent said oh well you should know about it it's been all over the news. I finally got a supervisor who just refused to send anything and said I should have it.
I believe contravenes ASIC regulations and also has the potential to be deceptive and misleading because I don't know what I would be signing up to. Very very sketchy and arguably illegal.

Avoid this pool company

There was a time where this was a reasonable company providing good service. Those days, at least in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide have ended and it appears to me that they are in total disarray with shocking management.
A service person from Blackwood came out and provided absolutely incorrect information creating an enormous amount of stress and chaos. A pump that needed to go for repair sat unlooked at for almost 2 weeks. They then ordered the part and said I was in transit but it took another week before I called again and they said it was being tested and would be installed. It was meant to be installed today and I arranged to stay home haven't received an SMS. No one turned up and when I called late in the afternoon to question what was happening I was told that someone was off sick they knew that but didn't bother to call me. I was told someone may still come but no one did arrive I was told abruptly by Michael that it may be another week. In the meantime the pool looks terrible. They all blame each other and no one takes any responsibility for anything.
Equipment that I purchased there stops working generally to start of the warranty period. They don't really care about their customers and they're disorganised. This could not be a worse or more stressful customer experience

Could not be worse

Could not be worse. Signed up to Vodafail speed upgrade and NBN fibre to the home. Prompt service from NBN. Vodafail has been a disaster. 10 days later and 4 phone calls no speed upgrade. They give undertakings that never eventuate. The offer call backs that don't occur. Each person you talk to has a different story. It just can't be worse. Steer well clear of this useless bunch.

Avoid this company at all costs

The company were late picking me up at the airport. The return trip booked 4 days later was meant to be with the 10:45 a.m. pickup. They arrived at about 4:15 a.m. causing the hotel to wake me. The message was passed on about the correct time. They elected not to arrive at all. I called the office and they had no interest in resolving the problem. Avoid this bunch at all costs

Not heaps cheaper but you buy a headache

It's not just a budget airline it's a third rate buy a piece of hassle airlineTurns out to be book an international flight on Jetstar that has a domestic leg say for example from Adelaide to Sydney before boarding the international flight you can only check your luggage as far as Sydney. I've been on third world airlines and multiple other airlines around the world where I love you just booked all the way through to the connecting flight. Jetstar may be a little cheaper on some international routes but it sure ain't worth the hassle. Think very carefully before booking on this airline you could be buying yourself a heap of trouble and aggravation

Awful customer experience

Awful customer experienceAwful customer experience. Spent ages trying to register the card on-line and then using the phone banking system. Absolutely awful an extremely long mean system to get through to the call centre. Once the problem was identified (the card was allocated to a parallel account) they put me through to customer service. After waiting on the phone for an extraordinary period of time the call disconnected immediately someone came on the line. I then had to go through the whole menu system again. Finally the problem was identified and I was told that they would escalate the matter to a resolution but despite saying that it would be done so urgently they said 5 business days
