I would give this company 0 if I could ,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM,they keep taking money out of my account when I have not ordered another batch they should not be allowed to advertise and sell anything

Ordered a jumper weeks ago still not arrived, no information to say when it will be delivered even though I have contacted them on numerous occasions, trying to get a refund with no response.
DO NOT BUY FROM DONVERO

Had time of work items never arrived on date stated ,when it did eventually arrive received 2 table bases instead of a table base and a table top .
After numerous e mails and phone calls still no nearer getting wrong item picked up and correct item delivered.

I have been waiting for my custom made wedding dress to be delivered, it was meant to be delivered on the 1st September, after umpteen messages to fed ex customer services still no nearer they just keep saying it has been marked as urgent and someone will contact you (they don't) it had ruined wedding and put me under such stress and anxiety ,anything in future that I buy on line I will check that they don't use fed ex

I have emailed twice regarding returning a dress it is nothing like the description badly made cheap material no returns label
