Have just added a second dog to this pet insurance, great product, excellent claim process, way cheaper than my quoted renewal would have been with other insurance and even more so with second dog discount. Very satisfied

Had to make a claim for puppies fractured toe, application was sent in by vet via portal, on the Friday. I had a text on the Monday to confirm receipt, text on Tuesday to say it was getting checked for approval. Text on the Wednesday saying it was approved and money would be paid to account in couple of days which it was, couldn’t ask for more prompt action, very satisfied and I didn’t have to do a thing apart from giving policy number to vet. First class service and one of the most reasonably priced policies around. Highly recommended.

Ordered online, parcel arrived promptly and well wrapped. Contents had long expiry dates. Returned to this make after long absence while trying similar products which I believe had little effect. Last time taking this product I noticed improvement in stiffness in joints after about 3 weeks of constant dosages and continued improvement long term, so hoping for same relief again.

Amendment to renew carried out efficiently and courteously.
