Horrible Platform Experience

The PDC.TV platform is one of the worst I have ever experienced.
I have paid for a full year subscription, 2 times.
The PDC APP worked OK 2 years ago until it didn't. It does not allow the customer to log in (even if the credentials are correct because they do work on the browser login).
Customer service is slow, and does not know what they are doing... Depending on who answers back they can tell you to: (i) to Re-Register as a user, (ii) to Change Password, (iii) that the APP is not working for the time being...
The only alternative then is to watch through browser where, frequently, the casting feature does not work well...
I am very surprised that PDC does not invest in a UX/UI experience, given the additional revenues that they could generate from such upgrade.

I have not purchased nor read a ProPack++ yet as, I they have not yet a focus on the region of my interest.

Hidden custom fees (30% of price) - Arrived 21 days from purchase

Bought a jacket from Italy. Upon arrival courier BTR contacted me saying I had to pay additional 30% of the price in customs fees.
I buy online from the UK all the time, no one ever asks for custom fees, but Outdoor and Country seems to have a tricky way of doing business delivering to Europe, hiding fees...
Plus, it arrived 21 days after purchase!
NEVER BUYING AGAIN FROM YOU.

Disastroso servizio di Resi e Rimborsi

Sono un cliente Amazon Prime da circa 10 anni. Ho fatto un ordine con due prodotti elettronici. Uno é arrivato OK. Al posto dell'altro mi é arrivata una bilancia per bambini. Chiedo il rimborso ed il reso.
Mi dicono che per avere il rimborso immediato devo accettare averlo in "crediti amazon", altrimenti devono aspettare a ricevere il prodotto sbagliato (la bilancia), e 15gg dopo procederanno al rimborso sulla mia carta di credito.
Scelgo quest'ultima. Mi dicono che entro 2hs mi contattera il corriere SDA per ritirare la bilancia. Passano 5gg senza contatto alcuno. Cerco di interagire con loro per capire cosa fare, ma nessua delle alternative "automatiche" mi aiuta a risolvere il problema. Cerco quindi di contattare una persona fisica, il quale risulta MOLTO complicato. Con l'aiuto di Gemini (IA) riesco ad aprire una chat con loro. Durante la conversazione cambiano ben 3 volte operatore. Devo spiegare il mio problema da capo ad ogni operatore. Totale frustrazione.
Riseco a interagire finalmente con una persona. Mi dice che la cosa migliore a questo punto sarebbe che io andassi ad un DHL Service Point (DSP). Mi indica come cercare uno vicino a casa. Ce ne stanno 2. Do il mio OK a questa procedura. Mi mandano una mail con un Barcode da far vedere al DSP. Ci vado. Entrambi i DSP mi dicono non sia possibile. Il primo perche loro sono un Punto Poste (anche se trovabili sul sito DSP), e quindi riescono a fare i resi ma non quegli "amazon diretti". Il secondo perche Amazon non gli ha lasciati le buste che servono per fare il servizio... In entrambi casi mi suggeriscono di andare ad un punto che "credono" sia DHL diretto. Ancora non sono andato, ma mi basta quello raccontato fin'qui per dare una sola stella al servizio Resi e Rimborsi di Amazon.

OK, but...

Everything arrived and in the right size. However, it did so in 3 different deliveries. The third of which got here with 4 days delay regarding the already very long delivery time they have (2-3 weeks for a standard delivery).
Photos and description in the website could be better. Some of the items bought seemed to have a unified solid colour when bought, but when I got them they had mild fantasies (lines, squares, etc).
Adding the zoom feature that most eCommerce platforms have would be helpful, as well as describing the items in more details.

No delivery to Europe

They say they deliver to Europe.
I spent quite time time researching the items I wanted to buy and have delivered to Italy.
When I got to check out it said that it would arrive to Italy in a few days. Fine.
Once I wanted to pay, they said that due to Brexit issues in order for them to be able to deliver to Europe I had to spend 241 Euros minimum.
So I researched and added other items to get to that limit, which I surpassed.
Back to payment. Another text comes up now saying that unfortunately the items I'm purchasing cannot be delivered to Europe, but I can very comfortably pick them up in the UK... no comment.

Horrible return policy.

I ordered a pair of golf shoes in Italy. It arrived but had the wrong size. When I asked for them, twice, to change it for the right size a person called Callum replied "We unfortunately cannot arrange a collection for an item outside of the UK. You would need to send this item back to us if you no longer want it."
Never using American Golf again. Their customer service and return policy are a joke.

Horrible Assistance

50 days to change the window of a Jaguar. The parent company was not even able to give me an approximate arrival date for the spare part.
I had to rent a car because they don't have courtesy cars (even when they're totally late).
Copy/paste their response:
"The customer relations center does not manage the sending of spare parts, which is the sole responsibility of the warehouse.
Jaguar Land Rover company policy does not provide refunds or courtesy cars.
We regret this and apologize for the inconvenience."
Already on sale. Let's move on to German cars. Bye bye JLR.

Deludente

Ho fatto la richiesta di apertura di un conto per minorenni il 16 luglio, la quale mi è stata confermata lo stesso giorno via email.

Silenzio assoluto finchè 12 gg dopo (il 28 luglio) non chiedo se ci sono novità. Mi dicono che esiste un problema nella procedura, "manca la firma del genitore".
Se non avesse fatto io una richiesta, per Hype andava bene tenere la pratica immobile a tempo indefinito...

Controllo la pratica, e la firma del genitore era stata accettata il 16 luglio stesso. Rispondo comunicandolo e chiedendo chiarezza.

Cambiano e dicono che il problema non è piu il la firma del genitore, ma la firma mancante del minore.

Non era cosi... e neanche il link per andare a verificarlo mi hanno inviato.

Se sono così impreparati per l'apertura dei conti, figuriamoci per la gestione dei soldi.
Bocciati.
