Horrible Platform Experience
The PDC.TV platform is one of the worst I have ever experienced.
I have paid for a full year subscription, 2 times.
The PDC APP worked OK 2 years ago until it didn't. It does not allow the customer to log in (even if the credentials are correct because they do work on the browser login).
Customer service is slow, and does not know what they are doing... Depending on who answers back they can tell you to: (i) to Re-Register as a user, (ii) to Change Password, (iii) that the APP is not working for the time being...
The only alternative then is to watch through browser where, frequently, the casting feature does not work well...
I am very surprised that PDC does not invest in a UX/UI experience, given the additional revenues that they could generate from such upgrade.
