I have ordered a couple of items as a present and selected shipment to another country (which was available in the website) as a delivery option. After a week of waiting for any update of the delivery, at some point I have received automatic email saying that the items have been returned by recipient because the size wasn’t fitting. However, in this case the items have been never delivered, something happened on the courier side and they have decided to cancel my order without contacting me.

Luckily I got a refund automatically and the customer service (who are very available if contacted!) suggested me to order from another country e-store, so right now I am waiting if the delivery will go fine this time.
However, I have lost more then a week and I surely was very confused seeing such email when the package never arrived.
I hope you could handle this cases better for the future customers. I do love the brand and the quality of the clothes that you offer, but in such exceptional cases maybe it would be better to be contacted directly and have some clarity on why such situation this happened.
