Attended the St. Helens clinic on Friday 12th December 2025. Was seen by Ray. Absolutely brilliant experience. Ray was thorough, explained everything, and completely cleared my ears. Gave me some aftercare tips and a quick hearing screen too. Easy place to find with parking available outside. Can 100% recommend and will definitely go back for follow up care. Thank you.

Had a silly question, I just couldn't figure something out online, so I contacted the team and they reassured me that everything was in order for my little ones. Was very grateful, and they didn't make me feel daft. Thank you. Adds peace of mind - please get pets chipped!

Easy to get an appointment, open on a Saturday for routine care which is brilliant when I work all week. Receptionists friendly and efficient, appointment ran almost to time, vet was knowledgable, pragmatic and accommodating and we felt felt very safe in their care. Thank you!!
