Website is an absolute scam. Miraculously availability disappears when you try and book a deal. 4 people for 2 games - no problem. An offer for 4 people for 2 games and a drink - nope. Absolutely disgusting behaviour who will no doubt spout some rubbish about “limiting availability”.

Actually I do, checked some guys profile after he rated it 1* and saying he’s used Premier Inn Hotels for 20 years… never once left a positive review but as soon as he gets a bad one… bang, 1*
Great locations, solid value, and brilliant showers, beds and pillows. Always a kettle in your room too. What else do you actually need??? 0 complaints from me

LETS BE HONEST - This hotel is purely here to make money, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. It’s cheap and has a great location (val de France next to Disney). Service is poor, rooms are miserable, beds awful, showers shocking, breakfast…. Oh wow it’s disgusting!! (Cooked stuff). But the thing is, for where it is, it’s cheap, and will always be busy, therefore they don’t care about anything.
The only pro is the price, and that’s only in comparison to other places.
Oh, and they advertise “6 free shuttles”. Well I’m currently stood in Disneyland bus station using the real time tracking, and there’s 1 in operation…

I feel this needs to be called out as you don’t give the option for feedback when unsubscribing. But the amount of “promotional” emails they send you is insane!!!! Products are constantly on some sort of “offer”, which just shows the full price is a myth too. Companies should be limited to the amount of emails they can send.

I can not comprehend just how bad their customer service is. They are constantly ignoring what I am telling them and divert to what looks like an automated response. Sucked in with a good offer, and an agreed price (grocery shop), to then be charged nearly 30% more once delivered. Packaging and driver were perfect, thank you, but the after sale service is so bad I can not give anything but the lowest score. ITS SO FRUSTRATING!

Purchased two shirts, arrived within a few weeks as expected. Wore one once, washed within the guidelines on the label and the font just fell to pieces. Gave them multiple opportunities to offer a refund or replacement to which they completely refused. Shocking service, shocking quality, buy elsewhere!!

Arranged a Christmas staff meal here in December. Poor correspondence (so should have known issues would happen), food was very basic but that’s not the big issue. I have been waiting since the start of December for an agreed refund. Numerous emails to different contacts, complaint sent in, to receive a standard response asking for more info (all info was provided), to then hear nothing back. AGAIN. Absolutely appauling behaviour. The only positive was the staff working there on the night, who were all great

We have used before successfully so decided to use again. Everything went well in the most but with Sid have some hiccups (won’t detail here). The important thing is they have dealt with it excellently (though the provider didn’t really accept any responsibility). Would use again and happy to give a 5* reviews

Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw Hill) branch. Not only did I feel as though they didn’t really care about anything (since they took over from Dewhurst). I’ve just had to deal with an issue that nearly caused a problem with my credit file. They notified Thames Water that we had moved in to the property we just moved out from! And I started to receive outstanding bills from Thames Water!! Luckily I know someone who helped me sort it.

Rented a property of A2Dominion via a letting agency for over 5 years and never ever had any issues. Unfortunately they decided to sell the house we were living in, which we were absolutely gutted about, and you may find strange the fact I’m leaving a 5* review, but I can not compliment how supportive they were through the whole process. I genuinely could not have asked for anything more, Simone in particular (who we dealt with) was absolutely superb. Thank you again
