Although I received the product ordered…

Although I received the product ordered and was pleased with it, I had no knowledge of it being delivered to store until I received an email asking for feedback on my experience 😳

Thank you for the review, I can see that the date you were able to collect your item was emailed to you prior to its arrival in store, I apologise however for you not being advised it had arrived in store, we will speak to the store manager and ask them to look into this. Great customer service

Mess up with my order (ordered twice)
But phoned up, spoke to a very kind helpful girl (sorry I didn’t get her name)
Received my order two days ago and my onions, shallots and garlic are now in the ground tucked up for winter
Fingers crossed for another successful harvest
