Appalling service. Automatic renewal which can only be cancelled via chat which takes hours. Avoid at all costs!

Paid £19 for a delivery between 4 to 6 working days. Ordered on the Sunday so they got it first thing Monday morning. I recieved an email telling me it was going to be delivered on the following Tuesday, thats 7 working days. When I complained they insisted it was 6 working days. Needless to say I cancelled the order.

Firstly the actual ferry was nice and new and our room was very good. However, the breakfast was horrendous. Everything was cold and waterlogged. How do they cook streaky bacon and make it a horrible grey colour! Scrambled eggs leaked water all over the plate as did the mushrooms and the sausage, if you can call it that was horrible, toast cooked on one side only and soggy. 26 euros for two with a small coffee! We couldn't eat it!. Went for a coffee later which we got from the bar 3.50 euros. The paper cup was the smallest I've ever seen and as I walked back to my room it slowly sank in the cup and ended up only half filling it! Next time I'll take my own refreshments!

Awful, intermittent, avoid if at all possible, please!

Our ducato based motorhome ECU went while travelling through Switzerland. Basically we were stuck, luckily on a campsite. No one, including our breakdown company, could fix it without several weeks delay and they refused to bring us back. Luckily someone gave us the name of this fantastic company! I manged to remove it, which was pretty straightforward once I found it, and Cartech did the rest. Arranged shipment there and back and cloned the ECU all within a week! Problem solved and we made it back home, about 750 miles without a problem. Brilliant company, cant thank them enough!

Great service. Turned up on time did the job and to top it off, Very nice people as well!

Although the cheapest quote, it turned out to be a great service! They did the survey and produced the report quickly and in the timeframe given. We were kept informed along the way including a courtesy call from the surveyor to discuss his findings. The written survey was forwarded shortly after payment. I would definitely recommend them.

Tried to withdraw my money however the site keeps logging me out! A message comes up saying I've used the back button when I haven't!! Tried chat and you get a computerised response that tells you the same thing! No humans available to chat either so you have to phone them and wait in a queue! And they want us to trust them with our money!!!

Supposed to have recieved a large sum of money from my solicitors into my Chase account. Waited a week then found out they don't accept normal telegraphic transfers like most normal banks so be warned! I phoned them but they were useless to say the least. Although the transfer slip states that payment was accepted by Chase they claim they do not have the money. I've now had to ask the solicitors to ask their bank to recall the money and pay it into my Barclays account, a proper bank! Needless to say I have just closed the account! What UK bank does not use normal banking procedures!
