Wont use again!…
Supposed to have recieved a large sum of money from my solicitors into my Chase account. Waited a week then found out they don't accept normal telegraphic transfers like most normal banks so be warned! I phoned them but they were useless to say the least. Although the transfer slip states that payment was accepted by Chase they claim they do not have the money. I've now had to ask the solicitors to ask their bank to recall the money and pay it into my Barclays account, a proper bank! Needless to say I have just closed the account! What UK bank does not use normal banking procedures!
