It's probably the best customer…

It's probably the best customer experience I've had in the UK in over 3 years. It's a rare case when a large company has a human face—you speak with the same specific person from the first message, they dive into a problem, and they solve it. I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely stick with them for years.

Our experience with these solicitors…

Our experience with these solicitors was absolutely brilliant — zero complaints. Everything was handled with a polished and transparent process, and communication at every step was exceptionally clear. The response time was as close to real-time as possible, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

Compared to the solicitors representing the other side of the deal, ours were simply outstanding — easily a 6 out of 5.

Tænk dig om en ekstra gang

Tænk dig om en ekstra gang, før du køber noget fra JYSK, som du ikke planlægger at smide ud inden for et år.

Vi købte VONGE loungesættet for ca. 14 000 kr., og under en storm væltede en trampolin ned over en af stolene og bøjede armlænet. Vi kontaktede JYSKs kundeservice i håb om at kunne købe en reservedel, få stolen repareret eller i det mindste købe en enkelt erstatningsstol.

Deres svar?

“Vi tilbyder ikke reservedele eller reparationer.”

Med andre ord: hvis en lille del af et stort og dyrt produkt bliver beskadiget, forventes det, at du smider hele produktet ud. Forestil dig at købe en bil og få at vide, at du skal skrotte den på grund af en bule i kofangeren. Eller at du skal smide din iPhone ud, fordi skærmen er revnet.

Ingen reservedele, ingen reparation, ingen support – ikke engang mulighed for at købe en ny stol.

For produkter i den prisklasse er en sådan efter-salgs politik uacceptabel. Så medmindre du køber noget, der er beregnet til at blive smidt væk, vil jeg fraråde at handle hos JYSK.

Think twice before buying anything from…

Think twice before buying anything from JYSK that you don’t plan to throw away within a year.

We purchased the VONGE lounge set for £1,600, and during a storm, a trampoline fell onto one of the chairs, bending the armrest. We reached out to JYSK customer support hoping to buy a replacement part, repair the chair, or at least purchase a single replacement chair.

Their response?

“We do not offer spare parts or repair services.”

In other words, if a small part of a large, expensive item is damaged — you’re expected to throw away the entire product. Imagine buying a car and being told to scrap it because of a dented bumper. Or tossing your iPhone because the screen cracked.

No repair options, no parts, no support — not even the option to buy a replacement chair.

For any high-value purchase, this kind of after-sale policy is unacceptable. So unless you’re buying something disposable, I would avoid JYSK altogether.

Terrible buying experience and complete waste of time

It was the worst experience I ever had. Very weird understanding of what is a good service.

Left application for a property via Zoopla. Next day received phone calls despite the fact that I wrote an email and didn't ask for a phone call in the middle of the business day. Then I listened for a long sales speach from agent, then another call with sales speach from their mortgate advisor. Spent about 40 minutes of my time on useless calls.

And then they have scheduled a viewing of the propery. When time came - viewing was just cancelled without explanation. Scheduled another one - 2 days later it got cancelled without explanation. And onther one - cancelled again.

When I put a complaint, they just say that they are not responsible for this and that I have to chase seller of the property which they advertise myself if I want. In what universe this is the right behaviour for an agency who is supposed to sale homes?

Fake profiles everywhere

I used SuperProf a couple of months ago and it was perfect. Yes, you pay £39 but not a big deal when you get your lessons. However last month the whole platform is occupied with fake profiles. There is no way to find real person at all. You pay £39 and just waste your time sending requests to non-existing "tutors" in you location until you will not figure out that all of them are fake. Some scammers create profiles, upload photos, generate descriptions with ChatGPT, generate fake emails and create dozens of "tutor" profile. Then they try to convince you that you don't need face-to-face lessons and that online will be amazing. And when you come on first call, some manager comes on a call instead of tutor and start sales pitch where they sell you some "packages of lessons" with a huuuge discount. That's it. I was curious and checked all profiles within 15km from my location. Only 1 was real and 17 was fake. I reported about this to SuperProf support. They have refunded payment. If they’ll find a way to deal with fake profiles properly they will be amazing service.

Declined refund despite the fact that…

Declined refund despite the fact that have no car due their technical failure
Don’t use it. Very risky. Made a booking. In 30m came to collect a car. Rental company told me that despite the fact that I have a voucher they dont see a booking in the system. They told me that cant give me a car because dont see a booking and that I have to cancel through CarJet. Sent a request to CarJet - request declined. No car and no money. £200 in a trash. And there is no even contact details to call. Complete scam

Offer for booking properties that doesn’t exist. So you become homeless

Be veeeery careful with them. Sometimes they provide for booking non-existing properties. We booked a villa on Rhodes in advance for group of 10 people. After we came it turned out that this villa was never offered for rent and regular family lives there. 7 adults and 3 small children found themselves homeless in the middle of the night. TravelNest declined to solve problem, apologized and hung up. Next day this property is available for booking again. We have made screenshots and phone calls recordings and filed a fraud complaint to both Greek and British police.

Very nice platform for advanced map posters.

Glad that finally found Mixplaces - seems there is no way to do the same poster anywhere else. Purchased a gift for my parents - a poster with a map of Europe which illustrated their hard car trip from Ukraine to UK because of war. A result is amazing and an ability to draw a real car route on a map is a killer feature. Designs in overall are nice and with a good taste + detalization of maps is the best I ever seen.

Strongly recommend to avoid Gate.io - extremly unprofessional

Strongly recommend to avoid this exchange. You'll lose profits and potentially - access to all your funds. They are very unprofessional and have very poor quality of functionality and unbelievable poor support. 2 months ago they stopped to deliver SMS messages if your phone is in roaming. All other exchanges, online banking etc. deliver without any issues and only Gate.io can't. So you can't withdraw funds, perform transactions etc. And attempt to solve this through support chat goes to nowhere. 13 (thirteen days) we exchange email and messages in chat! They request new and new data (selfies, selfies in specific poses, papers with handwriting text etc. etc.) and change requirements every day - documents which they requested yesterday are not valid today and you need to send completely other set. The process got stuck completely. Dozens of thousands of $ get lost, sales which supposed to be done on specific price levels didn't happen. In 2 weeks about $5k of profit lost. And no way to get money back.

Back to 1990s

Absolutely crazy service. Complicated, non-transparent and outdated.

This crazy interface impossible to use if you are no some "certified accountant" who has used to Excel and computers with floppy disks. If you forgot to exchange USD to GBP in time and Direct Debit to collect payments failed they will never repeat attempt again. You will have to go and setup everything a new. And there is no way to setup without 40m of chatting with support agent, because there is no straight way to do this. You have to do some hack like go there, click here, switch to card payment, enter 0, then go there and so on and so on. Then you'll wait for week+ while they will setup Direct Debit and make it working. Looks like they do this manually still. If you have some contributions overdue, there is no way to fix it youself - all buttons are greyed out and blocked, no any single feature works. And so on. So simple functionality like enter numbers for your employees and click Approve require so much efforts so you feel yourself like neurosurgeon on a surgery.

Now it's 27th. Zero updated, order isn't dispatched. No any prognoses when it will be delivered.

Impossible to cancel and request a refund. Impossible to contact support.

Service is a complete trash. Even couldn't imaging such service in e-commerce in 2023.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful to…

Absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customer.
I have paid for electricity. My card was charged - money wasn't shown in the meter. At 9 am I wrote to them about this. They confirmed that due fault on their side it didn't work. Confirmed with me that did something and within couple of minutes money will be shown in meter. After 6 hours balance is zero. I write to the support chat exactly at 17:28. An answer: "As we are dealing with off supply emergencies .I would like to kindly request you contact us tomorrow between 8am - 6pm so we are able to assist you with your query. Thank you for contacting Boost Customer Care. Have a great day. Goodbye." And then just disconnect. And you stay in the chat with zero information. In business time. Without your money on account. And knowing that you will cut off tomorrow morning.
Really crazy and terrible.

You have to buy tracking device on your own.

Total hell from the service point of view. I have paid for the tracking device 90GBP. Received it. It turned out that this device occupy the only one 12V socket that you have. On the photo when you buy and insurance you will see the device with USB socket so you are sure that you will be able to charge your phone and will not lose functionality of your car. But when you receive device, it turns out that this device has not anything and you lose functionality of your car. But to replace this device with other one you have to pay 90GBP again. It's absolutely crazy. Will never use this fraudulent service again.
