Not very friendly costumer service

Ordered a coffee machine on Friday 09th of June didn't get through, Ordered again on 10th of June saying that "estimated "delivery time is 2 working days. 14th of June the order is still processing. Spoke with costumer service, very very rude and I was feeling that we were going around in circles. Not solving my issue, I was asked if I have another question, like he was trying to get rid of me.

Not feeling welcomed.

At breakfast you have to que for minimum half hour, the food is cold and there is a guy in the restaurant staff( sorry can't remember his name) was very rude with the costumers. After he pointing as to the table, we went to take our food but when we come back to the table we found out that he moved us. When I asked him why he's done so he was very rude and he raised his voice. The cleaning team was just done our beds but without changing the sheets or vacuuming. At the restaurant terrace you can give to your children a snack if it is not been bought from the restaurant even if they don't sell that snack.Not recommend.

I have booked 4 tickets

I have booked 4 tickets, at Disney Paris, for my twins birthday(6th of June)and when I got the email with the tickets the entrance date was 25th of May. Called the costumer service and they told me that I've put the wrong date, like I don't remember my kids birthday. On second hand ,when you choose the entrance date, May and June are on different screens so you can't choose by mistake another day. I ended up losing 234 pounds and had to by another tickets but this time from Disney website.

Disneyland Paris tickets can be canceled free of charge outside of 72 hours of the visit date. We can see that the tickets were sent to you on the 20th. If you had contacted us earlier this week we would have been able to change it for you. Unfortunately, once within 72h, Disneyland Paris won't refund us for the tickets issued.
Please let us know if you need us to send an invoice for you to claim through your travel insurance.
