Nothing was too much trouble. Our agent Sophie provided numerous quotes as we were undecided on which type of cabin , number of travellers etc. Eventually once our minds were made up the booking process was very easy . Not at all pressured , and every question we had was answered fully.Sophie was very knowledgable, polite and patient which made the whole process stress free
