Today was our 4th year contract with Waterclub. Service is very good as usual. Michael has been very helpful and the replacement of my machine was done smoothly. He was patient in explaining and gave us tips to maintain the machine clean and water taste best.

Angelo was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He gave insights about the products and services which are very interesting.

We moved house so we requested for reinstallation and it was procesed smoothly.
The reinstallation was done in less than 20 minutes and Michael the technician came on our requested time, started working instantly. He is fast and reliable.

Great service by Emerson and Grace.
The product and options were explained properly by Grace in a clear and repectful manner, even my silliest question was answered politely.
Emerson installed the machine in a jiffy and came in the time he mentioned. He also entertained my questioned regarding the placement of the dispenser and help me decide were to place it properly. He also demonstrate and explain further the actual product.
