I'm thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Mr. Michael, the Waterclub technician for water filter cleaning. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the system.
The cleaning process was thorough, and he took the time to explain everything he did, including sanitization. My water filter is now working like new, and I can enjoy clean and fresh drinking water.
I highly recommend Mr. Michael for his expertise, friendly demeanor, and exceptional customer service. Five stars isn't enough – he's the best!
