The item you sent was useless

The item you sent was useless. It worked for approx 30 mins, then stopped. No good what so ever.

I get really

I get really, really unhappy about the constant e-mails telling me I am due to order a prescription when I am not. Please stop sending these pointless e-mails.

Good Morning,

Thank you for your review.

I am sorry to hear this. Having reviewed your reminder cycle this was set incorrectly. I have now amended this to reach you bi-monthly inline with your medications.

The reminders are set based on the last time an order was dispatched, the reminder will be sent to you when you have about 2 weeks medication remaining, providing the reminder cycle is set correctly for the prescription quantity. If you are not receiving the reminders at the correct time you can add and edit the reminders within your account online. To do this, login to your account then select the Your Account box, you will then see a menu on the left hand side, select the reminder service option, here you can add and edit reminders and also update the reminder cycle. This will then ensure you are getting the reminders when needed as you will be setting these. To do this on the APP when you login select the Your Reminders option, here you will be able to set the reminders when you need them.
