Their guarantee conditions are done in…impossible way for garages

Their guarantee conditions are done in such a way that when you have a urgent mechanical problem you never will get your money back for repairs .Because mechanics have to wait for their money and they refuse to repair the car without being paid !When I pay myself the bill ,Autohero will not reimbourse you even under guarantee !
we have a problem withe the electronics of our car getting error messages on our Dacia Sandero stepway and we will wait and see what happens in the future !

Be careful when you want to become member !

Be careful when you take a subscription for 1 year with them, what happens after one year ? Without fail automatically if you have not terminated your subscription after 1 year they will charge you another year and if you do not pay they will send you menaces and pressure you to pay 1 year more. So, read well the contract, they are not really customer friendly. I paid 1 year for my daughter and now she regrets!. SHE RECEIVED NO CANCELATION NOTICE !

Such a bad experience never again

We had booked for a Peugeot 5 doors for 4 days in Malaga .First of all their website or software is kind of misleading ,promising good conditions and rates. to give example unlimited mileage or kilometers ,full to full free annulations and so on. But once you have reserved expect that you have to pay 5 x more ...without unlimited kilometers no annulation possible and so on + not a 5 doors but a Fiat 500 2 doors .When you demand to restore their error , they will tell you sorry and will reply ASAP but you just forget that .no reply no restorations possible.. And if you have booked with Goldcar or Delpasso than things will turn out even worse the service people are really rough and unpolite considering you as livestock.I will later a add a picture of their (doyouspain) offers on their website.My daughter also booked with doyouspain and also got similar experience she got to pay 120 Euros more for Delpasso.
