Terrible Customer support
Ordered shoes -evri note says delayed still nothing 5 days later, followed procedure and was asked if I wanted refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement
They are now telling me they will refund me when they receive the shoes back at the warehouse. So are they lost or are they not. Why cant I just get my item delivered.im sure all the issues are with evri but ingeneral why tie with a company that loses or goes missing. To save money over reputation and reliability
