Saw a great River cruise advertised down the Danube but was sold out for October, but so pleased when Elizabeth rang me to say she had found the same itinerary at a cheaper price for July/August. Avid cruisers but looking to try something different on a luxury cruise line. So pleased with this package and the ease of booking.

Review of Poltronesofa
My sofa was delivered by 2 great men Monday 24/3. When they went to assemble it there were no feet included, so they rang the depot which is only a mile away to arrange for someone to bring them over and set up the sofa.
No one came so I tried ringing, only to be on hold for 90 minutes to no avail. I emailed explaining the problem as the ‘chat’ online was not available.
We also called to the store who kindly sent an email explaining we needed the feet and set everything up.
We were assured someone would ring the next day to arrange to call out.
No one rang or replied to either their email or mine.
I tried ringing again, only to hear a recorded message that ‘staff were training’.
My husband called to the store again and they emailed to arrange for someone to ring within the hour.
No one rang.
I tried using the chat online again but although it allowed me to type my complaint it wouldn’t send it!
So I will give them 48 hours and then cancel my order and they will need to collect the sofa.
Appalling service.

Really don’t understand why I’m in credit £280 and you still want me to pay another £220 to fix my payments. All very confusing.
I’ve opted to pay £18 pm extra in addition to fixing my payment. No idea if this will actually save me money. I’m only hoping my payments won’t increase further.

Like so many others I was told I’d won a competition I’d entered online. Asked for my debit card details which I stupidly gave and they took £1 twice to another company also.(thbgbill.com). Told me my card hadn’t worked then debited me £59:99 for each company. Bank couldn’t do anything as I’d given my card details. Phoned the 0800 197 2492 on their website and thankfully spoke to a lovely man who could refund all payments. Said would take upto 30 days. So relieved. If my refund comes through would give the gentleman 5 stars for his help.

I have been waiting for a replacement for my new shower since 4/9 when I first made contact.
12/9 I completed an extensive questionnaire with the help of my plumber.
20/9 I was able to agree to a replacement part.
28/9 I received an email from Kelsey Williams apologising for the delay and a part should be with me by 2/10! I am away from that date and now need to arrange for my daughter to call to my house and will not know if this resolves the problem for another 3 weeks.
In all this time we have been unable to use our shower since fitted.

Used the online chat to ask if an amendment had been made to a surname I had spelt incorrectly at time of booking. Was obviously panicking this would cause a problem. She couldn’t find my original request to amend the surname but immediately corrected this for us. Such a relief Thank you! Now we can look forward to the holiday.
