I wish i read the reviews of the shop before deciding to buy from them.
The matress was delivered way later than expected, the smell is very toxic and still strong after a full week, despite the Okeo TEX certification. Altough i kept the matress outside for ventilation the whole time, it still iritates my eye and nose.
The comfort is simply not there, i have back pain in the morning and on the top of this, for delivery in Switzerland i had to pay taxes, altough it was not specified anywhere.
No posibility of return either as i have to bear the cost.
Considering all these things, the worst purchase i have ever done and i feel like i am being scammed by this so called shop.
Totally not recommended.

Veeerrrryyyy slow delivery for a very small package. I am on the forth day of waiting, the weekend is comming and it looks like i have to wait a whole damm week when i pay the same price as for competitors. I see that they are answering polite to the bad reviews, but hey!
People don't need excuses, they need quality service which this company obviously cannot provide. From now on i will avoid them by any means.
