Placed an order, received email confirmation. Heard nothing for a month. After emailing 5 addresses found on Google, finally contacted the correct one. Chased order - heard nothing for 2 weeks then an email stating order cancelled.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible.
It took 6 months for them to recognise that fraud was being committed on my account, after many conversations with phone line for vulnerable customers, plus numerous on line ‘chat’ with people with no knowledge.
With no Id assistance I reported to Action Fraud and bank sorted immediately.
Id advised that the fraud mobile would be disconnected, however they closed account which also disconnected my mobile. Having been cut off five times and being told phone wasn’t working as temporary outage in my area, a lie, I was asked what I wanted them to do.
I stated I would like to end contract with them with no further charges or consequences. They immediately gave a me a PAC number.
I was unable to use my phone as they had black listed the mobile so it can never be used again.
They denied verbally that as a company they do not black listed phones. A visit to Currys (owners of Id) they confirmed that it is black listed.

I realise Customer Service are following company policy but it’s certainly not in the best interests of the customer
