I've booked my holiday for February 2027 a cruise around Asia for 20 nights, it was so easy, a quick chat with John Hull and he sorted everything out.
I've since amended the booking and decided to add extra nights in Tokyo at the end of the cruise, again this was simple, a quick call to get my quote, then the booking was amended.

Fast and easy to use, excellent idea

Excellent service received from NCP when requesting a refund for a mistake I made on the app.

I received my sofa yesterday 27th June, delivered by George (427) and Jamie (690).
Both lads were excellent, they had to remove the legs and cushions to get the sofa through the back exit to my house, they were determined and exceeded my expectations.
They fitted the feet and cushions and I'm delighted with my new sofa.

I've never used the company before, the transaction was straight forward, great communication, excellent delivery. My purchase was well wrapped and arrived before the expected delivery date and about 15% cheaper than B&Q, I would highly recommend

Great customer service, fast delivery

Over the past couple of months a lot of my parcels have been delayed, I've had to cancel items because they haven't arrived on time for gifts. The standard has definitely dipped over the past 12 months. The items that I do get have been perfect, the delivery driver is fantastic, the customer service when contacting Next has been excellent. I'm just disappointed with the availability of stock.

After spending a few months shopping around I decided to purchase my kitchen from Wren. I was persuaded by friends reviews and their after service experience.

After making my appointment to discuss my new kitchen, I couldn't have been more pleased with the consultant Tony. He was so professional and helped me plan every aspect of the kitchen. He was so knowledgeable about all the appliances it made the whole experience so much easier.

After choosing the kitchen and paying the deposit, I received numerous emails and texts, keeping me fully informed about delivery, fitting, the covid measures they had in place and additional service the fitters offered.

I decided to use the same fitters to do additional work, such as plastering, plumbing, fitting a new radiator, tiling and a new electric board.

The job started on time, the fitters were very professional, did what was promised and communicated well.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and all the new appliances I purchased. The whole experience from start to finished was completed professional.

The communication and the quality of products was first class. I did ring the after service team about an additional upstand that was needed, they dealt with my request promptly.

My experience with Wren has been excellent and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to family and friends.
