Whenever I’ve had a question. I’ve emailed Chris H and he’s emailed straight away. He’s been great. We don’t go on our cruise till November so am sure I’ll have many more questions!!

Having received a Blue Light Card during lockdown I was turned down when I tried to renew. I tried again as saw Blue Light on Facebook and with the help of Fran I now have a new card on the way.

I bought these to take to Italy with my girlfriends and gave them all one to use. Afraid to say we all got beaten although none on the wrist I wore my bracelet on!!! We changed halfway through and one of the bracelets ran on to a towel!! Never had as many bites before.

Spoke with Charlotte this time. Such a lovely person and she made it very easy. Thank you!

I had to ring as when I tried to do the Access online as it was showing the full price so phoned and spoke to a lovely guy from the Northeast! He could see the problem and helped sort it. Took no time! Very happy and can’t wait for Feb!

What made the experience great was how everything is pre-packed, labelled and with instructions. Food was lovely.

I had an itchy scalp for months so I put a shout out on social media and was recommended your products. After a couple of uses of the scalp exfoliant the itching stopped (although not sure how to use the nozzle!!!). Have continued with the shampoo and conditioner and have noticed how soft my hair is. I was looking for a 100 year old card and there wasn’t much to you choose from in one of the shops just one!!! Thortful had lots and were just great. The only downside was how slow it was the internet a little like pulling teeth trying to place the order and the pay!!! On the whole I would use Thortful again.

I ended up giving it to my friend as it didn’t work in my shower!! I thought the product was overpriced and absolute rubbish. Sorry.
