What an amazing company to deal with! I made a mistake when ordering and they were super quick to respond when I emailed them. They (Patricia and Lee) were so friendly and understanding and I really got the feeling nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately as we get so used to bad service these days, I have to say Out n About are a breath of fresh air! I just couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I will be using them again without a doubt.

There was a minor hitch with my order, however it was easily resolved and the customer service I received was above and beyond. Jessie really deserves a shout!

Great products at a great price. There was a slight error on the order (my fault, not theirs) and I was so impressed how quickly they sorted the issue. The girl on the phone was super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful if she tried. I also used the chat service and was very impressed with the speed of reply and helpfulness! If only all online shopping could be like this! Thank you!

UPDATE - since writing this review, the Customer Service dept have been in contact and I have to say, they’ve been extremely sympathetic and helpful. A goodwill gesture has been offered and accepted. Confidence has been restored and we will use the service again!
We’ve used this service a few times in the past but for the first time in May 2024 we opted for the car cleaning option. When we collected our car we found that the coins we use for parking had been taken and not put back - ok no big deal, just a couple of quid. However we also had a valuable compact tool kit in one of the door pockets and this had been taken. When we asked for this to be looked into we just received a ‘tough luck’ email and were advised to report it to the police. A pointless exercise because all they do is issue a crime number! We certainly won’t be using that service again.

We love our bespoke splashback and it always gets a wow from visitors! Not only did we get a bespoke piece of art, but we also received a bespoke personal service from the artist herself. Sally was always available to chat about our requirements and her advice was invaluable. It feels like we’ve gained a new friend and we will definitely be talking to her about our next project. Our 2nd time booking with Love Holidays- very easy and very competitive on price! Our last holiday had to be cancelled due to coronavirus and the refund service from Love Holidays was excellent. They were right on it - no chasing needed and they always kept us updated. Highly recommended!

We’ve been dealing with Sue Carne for a number of years now and wouldn’t book a holiday any other way. Nothing is too much trouble for Sue and she has a wealth of travel knowledge to draw upon. She has put together some wonderful bespoke holidays for us such as South East Asia and Sri Lanka. Every last detail was taken care of and we were made to feel like VIPs! To top it all, she has so many contacts that she can find the best deals wherever and whenever you want to go. She takes personal service to a whole new level! Why would anyone want to deal with online or travel company call centres?! Look her up - it’ll be the best thing you did.
