I love Emmy´s design, the quality of the products and their customer support! Definitely one of my favorite brands! I specifically love their colorful cardigans!

I recently had an issue with some pants and contacted them for some advice, and they very kindly sent me a new pair, promptly! I had a hole in the crotch of my pants and asked about advice on fixing it. It was probably my own fault, as I wore the pants with tights under. But they undertood it, sent me a new pair and a very attentive e-mail :-) thank you for being so amazing!

I bought their amelie hiking pants and I am utterly impressed with both the design and the quality of them! The textile is thick and non-plastic, it feels very breathfable and comfortable against the skin. It has enough elasticity. Now the design is lovely, nice high waist. I am a short (1.61) hour-glass and I have difficulty finding pants that fit me. Their 38 fitted like a glove!

They took more than six months to process my order. I used their service because they were supposed to take good pictures and do the publicity work. Honestly, their work is awful! The picture is very unprofessional, they don´t use a manequin, the light is off...They are also selling my items in Ebay, which I would never agree on to. I would have sold it myself if I had seen this when I´ve sent my clothes in January (their work didn´t look that bad than).

When it was time, they decided they wouldn´t sell one of my items, so I asked if it could be returned. They sent the item to a city that is 86km from mine!
