A Wonderful Pharmacy!

Curaleaf Pharmacy have been so thoroughly fantastic regarding my condition, and how best to use flowers to greatly reduce pain and suffering.

Every single person at the pharmacy is extremely professional, courteous and understanding. I could not ask them to provide a better service; as I would already give them 10 stars if I could.

Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and support. I am so grateful.

Only Positive Feedback From Me!

I know most of the reviews are negative but I can't understand why the rating for Mears is so low.

I have always received fantastic care, service and support from everyone there. When I call them about a faulty lift (quite often) they arrange for an engineer visit usually the same day!

If I call up about a plumbing problem they send a plumber the same day (or next day if it's not urgent). If there's a broken security gate they arrange repair usually the same day. Same with communal lighting.

Honestly, if you're cool and respectful I can guarantee you'll get great service. At the end of the day Mears are genuinely trying their best to give a great service, just be aware that the person you're speaking with is very likely overworked and underpaid.

Thank you to everyone at Mears for always providing great advice and service.

How Can A Company Be THIS Bad?

Your company/branch (Woodford Green, Essex, UK) is a total disgrace.

I was called only three minutes before I was due to collect a large van. James (Jimmy) explained that only a smaller wheelbase van was available but that I would be receiving £30 as compensation.

Months later and I still have not received the promised money. The manager was there and was extremely apologetic, but still hasn't bothered to keep to his word.

This branch is a mess and I'd give zero stars if I could! Honestly disgusted with how I've been treated and I hope you'll consider the above and look elsewhere; especially if you require a long wheelbase van.

Your company/branch (Woodford Green, Essex, UK) is a total disgrace.

Fantastic Experience

Everyone at Ilford PDSA was so extremely professional and courteous. My dog and I were warmly welcomed and we only had to wait around 10 minutes to see the vet.

I was given time to ask questions, and the detailed answers received were absolutely spot on!

There's a large car park and plenty of seating space in the waiting area.

Thank you to the entire team - I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Stanley (at Panther) was so extremely professional, polite and courteous. He phoned me back, as I missed his first call, AND he texted to say when he was arriving! He should be commended for his professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service!

All other couriers please take note!

I'd never heard of this courier company before tbh, but I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic 5-Star Customer Care & Support!

Everyone at Curaleaf is so thoroughly courteous, kind, knowledgeable and professional.

They always reply to emails extremely quickly and they are just such nice people to deal with - sincerely.

All parcels are sent using a (FREE) proper next day courier, with an hour slot given on the morning of the delivery day - DPD - and they require a PIN code for delivery, which builds great confidence (especially as meds can be expensive) that no one else but you (or someone you give your PIN to) will get your parcel securely.

I would honestly give Curaleaf 10 stars if I could - highly recommend pharmacy. Buy with complete confidence!

You Won't Believe It! ZERO STARS!

I was so put off by all of these negative comments I thought it at least be best to email Kitbag before placing my order. I emailed in and they were polite and "guaranteed delivery by 29 March, no problem, it's definitely in stock and the order will be processed AND DISPATCHED within 3 days". Fantastic....BUT today I checked the order progress only to see that it's still "being processed".

I genuinely believed it was a complete lie from the very start. What a total waste of time, effort, energy and money.

Please, for the love of God, if you genuinely care about your sanity - GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I was completely lied to (upfront) - and you definitely will be, too. You won't think it will happen to you - it definitely will!

I was hoping to be able to leave some really positive feedback after the initial guarantee was given but it was a blatant lie and (excuse the pun) Kitbag dropped the ball.

IF ONLY ZERO STARS COULD BE AWARDED - THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE ALMOST ZERO!

DO NOT THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU - NO MATTER WHAT, YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED! Basically, I'm now going to be having to chase a refund! What a complete farce. DISGUSTING! WHAT A LET DOWN!

Buy With Complete Confidence

Absolutely exceptional customer care and support experience from this extremely professional and courteous company. Placed six orders and received them all to the UK with zero issues whatsoever.

Ordered at the end of December and parcel was slightly delayed - so I emailed TDT and almost immediately received such a friendly, informed reply. I'd definitely go for their insurance option (but that's just me), it adds 10 percent but gives total peace of mind.

Such a reliable and nice shop, they set extremely high standards - and always exceed expectations!

Genuine UK customer and an honest (unpaid/unrequested) review. 10 out of 10 from me. Thanks very much. 'BUY WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE' is my sincere opinion.

A Disaster Dealership

Complete and utter first service disaster. The sales department were pretty bad but the service department really takes the biscuit. Please let me explain my 'experience' this morning...

Arrived (I'm disabled). I was 'greeted' (no welcome or smile, nothing) by Zuzanna(e?), and I explained that when I checked in my car I had made some notes online about two potentially serious defects and could they please be looked at. She then proceeded to belittle me, sternly (like a really spoilt, hungover teenager) stating "you car isn't booked in for this work, so we won't be able to look at it", I said "I do appreciate it isn't, but I was asked if there were any defects when checking in my car (initially and online) and I was just politely pointing out that these defects are potentially serious". Zuzanna genuinely, wholeheartedly hates her job, or appears to. She actually has disdain for customers in general, probably.

Then.....

I was the abruptly told by Zuzanna that "I did not book any courtesy car in", I said that "I definitely did have a courtesy car booked", she looked at me hatefully (properly, deeply hatefully) and, just when I thought things couldn't get any worse I was approached by the service manager who must've proudly trained Zuzanna because he very rudely said "you were definitely told to bring an insurance cover note with you when you booked the vehicle in for service and we cannot and WILL NOT be able to give you a courtesy car without a car insurance cover note *under ANY circumstances*". I calmly explained that "perhaps it's because I'm a Motorbility customer, but I can assure you that I was definitely NEVER asked to bring in any cover note at ANY point". He then called me rude (and essentially; a liar) and when I asked for the manager he said "we don't have any manager" and I said "so you're the top of the line are you?". He called me rude and I then politely called him rude. He then disappeared... What a great way to greet your customer (not). So so poor. He's got a real chip on his shoulders.

I then inconveniently phoned my insurance company who immediately said that "the dealer is talking complete nonsense (especially the so-called service manager), because they don't issue cover notes and haven't for quite some time". I gave the guy behind the desk my phone, he spoke with my insurance company and AMAZINGLY, SUDDENLY, no insurance cover note was now required.

Ultimately, that service manager needs to immediately wind his neck in significantly and just try treating his customers with some dignity and respect - something he obviously has forgotten to do for a long, long time.

There was one nice lady there who did genuinely try some damage control (and to be honest the young man also kept his cool), by saying *she can't understand why I have received such bad service and I was correct about the cover note". She's the only hope they have! She knew MORE than her manager!

This entire dealership has a terrible rating for VERY good reasons. Please, don't go here unless you REALLY have to.

I am now definitely getting rid of my Nissan a few years earlier than planned - the dealers; especially Glynn Hopkin, Ilford - haven't a clue about even basic customer care, service and, most importantly, honesty. They're truly a disaster and Nissan should take away their franchise because they're helping to destroy the brand. They are a disgrace! What an experience they've given me. ZERO STARS! Please BEWARE this dealership!

Enterprise (Ilford Branch).

Is-Haaq (who took back the van) and the gentleman who signed over the van to me at the beginning of the day were both so exceptionally professional, courteous and understanding. They were assuring, kind and happy to have a brief and friendly chat - how wonderfully refreshing!

The exemplary service I received was nothing short of the service Rolls-Royce has given me recently; this is an extremely rare statement, I assure you.

Everyone (without exception) at the Ilford branch was smiling and looked entirely focused and busy - this branch should be commended for their collective professionalism. This is an extremely well-run branch - well done Enterprise for finding such fantastic, unique people. I wish an area manager would read out this review during a future company meeting, because it's plainly obvious that this branch is being ran so extraordinarily well.

I would now not consider any other company when looking for car/van rental in future; the service has been that great (truly)!

Genuine customer and an totally unpaid, unrequested, honest company review. Highly recommended. 100 out of 100!

Absolutely Exceptional Service

Gary at BYSS (Gants Hill) is just so extremely polite, professional and courteous. He genuinely, sincerely cares about the 'customer experience'. I'm not exaggerating; I received Rolls-Royce-levels of service and support. Gary went out of his way to ensure that the entire joining experience was utterly flawless from beginning to end (unfortunately so rare these days).

Gary should be commended for his professionalism and dedication - it's really refreshing. Management - please acknowledge Gary for looking after all of the customer's so very well - he's so fantastic and doing such a fine job.

May I finally add that every single member of the team is dedicated and focused and are sincerely a real pleasure to speak with.

Didn't have to link my bank account.

I took a small loan through Asda Lendable and the entire process took less than ten minutes. Most importantly, I didn't have to share/link all my financial banking details (which I don't like doing as I find it too intrusive). I highly recommend Asda Lendable and would definitely come back to them in future. Thank you for making the entire process so effortless and paying out within just a few hours.
