Talking to a human being instead of a screen

I was delighted to be able to speak to someone when organising my insurance. It’s nice to know there is a contact person for advice and to ask a question. Amy was extremely supportive and nice and I felt comfortable that it was being handled in a caring and efficient manner.

Edward attended to me

Edward attended to me, he went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for and took it to car for me, I have a mini and didn’t think it would fit but he said he’d manage it. He was cheerful and friendly beyond expectations.

I was met by Barbara who led the way to explaining what might suit my size taste and lifestyle. She was very calm and I learned a lot and was able to figure out what would suit me through her gentle advice. I don’t think I would have gone ahead with the purchase if it hadn’t been for Barbara. Can’t thank her enough.

I would give the girls in the sales…

I would give the girls in the sales office five stars for exemplary service, kindness and consideration also for guidance and advice. Without their help I would have found it much harder.
I would recommend Cala because of their efforts to help and guide me along the long road to actually reserving my new home. I’m delighted.
