My Salon provides an excellent service. It's very easy to book an appointment and if there are any issues, customer service will jump in and help. My hairdresser came on time and was exceptionally professional and talented. I hope to continue to use My Salon.
I don't recommend unless you are happy to take the risk that your items will be returned damaged.
It was my second time using the service. Purchased a wash and iron of bed sheet. It was returned unironed and covered in blue lint. Covered. I urgently needed the sheet but no effort was made to resolve the issue quickly or that day. Instead they said it would take 24 hours for a response from the specialist team.
It was a stressful experience. Work had been so busy and I used the service to save time, not create work for me.
I'll never use them again.
Edit note following company's response: they offered to pick up the sheet and fix the issue over 24 hours later...after I had spent over four hours washing, removing the fluff, ironing etc.
