Scammers
They claim money from me for petrol unpaid 😂
Manager petrol station allowed me to bring cash within 1 hr
I returned back within 30 minutes and paid £17.60 without issues.

Massive attempt of scams.


Scammers.
PLEASE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .
Most be avoided otherwise could be painful.
This company should be banned by F.C.A

Your policy ID necessary for validation is:
DCR5003700624

Case explained:
I received a gift SAMSUNG S22 ultra refurbished device as new other
Just ready to insure this device .
Purchased insurance by mistake.
I discovered my device is insured by other policy , under O2 since the phone was purchased.
I decided instantly to cancel that policy which is not in force.
They requested Informations to validate the contract policy with them:
IME. Nr of this device from above .
Taking pictures as proof ,device is working .
And my electronic signature.

Surprise they didn’t received ANYTHING
Means the contract not exist , is not in force.
No goods or services received.

They started to threatening me with hidden fees when in submitted immediately chargeback through the bank.
They was looking for my electronic signature 😳 , to validate that policy which not exist without signature from both parties.
These negative feedbacks says many things about what they do

GENERALLY - A contract is ONLY valid when it is signed by both parties .
Customers cannot be forced , intimidated , or threatened by imposing hidden fees when they request full refund directly from the company or through chargeback process.

They been reported to OMBUDSMAN and Trading Standard or unfair trading practices.
Chargeback is now in progress to recover my money back.
Me as innocent customer
This chargeback is absolutely valid , legal, lawfully with all evidence submitted through chargeback process .
By low , the merchant is still obligated to pay the chargeback fees, not their customers.
In these circumstances , me as customer I’m entitled for full refund without any hidden fees.

Carsa .
Be aware .⚠️
They always answer with copy paste
They are still using this
Audi A6 DG18 WVJ.
Mileage of 25.582 from Autotrader.
In respect of customers , manager from carsa - Loughborough , should not use this car for personal business.
This car is full of scratches and very dirty.
Customers paying the same price of almost 19k for any additional mileage made by this guy without customers knowing.

Be aware of these guys ⚠️

They robbing vulnerable customer's money out of pockets , for few more quid to increase their profits by taking fees of £199🤣
Literally they even forcing customers to pay the fees , even if you are paying directly without finance .
Don't let them to scam you.
Just walk away...
Plenty of car dealers in the uk don't rush.
Fees are not compulsory by Trading Standard or the gurvement unless is finance agreement with very small amount .
DON'T LET THEM TO SCAM YOU.
Be SMART

This is not compulsory , they cannot forcing you to pay this undisclosed Fees.
This is the reason for -Admin Fee of £199 🤣
Covers 12 months AA Breakdown Cover and 30 Days Gap Insurance and all relevant paperwork , Please Request our sales team your 12 months AA Cover and 30 Days Gap Insurance once you bought the car.🤣

Please just walk away .
Don't let you scammed ,this is very serious.
