Incredibly poor quality and overpriced

ResMed’s products are overpriced, the quality is shocking and the customer service is non-existent. A plastic and fabric mask costs around £100, and instantly bobbles / elastic snaps. I’ve had this happen twice. Because they have a monopoly, they can charge exorbitant amounts.

Cannot reach customer service, long return times

Non-existent customer service. Matches has been fantastic in the past, and I've ordered from them a lot, but I've been waiting over 7 weeks for a return on very expensive bag (+1k) that arrived lightly scratched.

I emailed their customer care team and got a quick response about the damage, but when I then tried to return it it took over 7.5 weeks with no answer.

Their online chat doesn't let you speak to an agent, and multiple email requests from me checking in on the status weren't replied to. In the meantime, emails about another item I was buying were replied to within hours - in other words, the customer care team cares about items you're purchasing, and not ones you're returning.

If I hadn't marked the bag as damaged and had simply returned it, no doubt my return would have gone through by now. Wait times on the phone can be up to 30 minutes (I tried to call 4-5 times and gave up), and it's unclear if there's anyone to help at times.

Surprised at the bad reviews, I've ordered many times from Connox (am based in the UK) and their prices, free delivery and customer service are great. Items are shipped really quickly, too.

Wrong item delivered, slow customer service

Ordered a table which was custom-made, and a completely incorrect item arrived (a lampshade). The table went missing in transit and couldn't be found. Nunido provided me with a returns label to send back the lamp and get a refund, but would not reply to my emails when I mentioned that this unwanted item was too large to physically send back to the post office. They 'cannot be reached by phone' because of increased demand and only say they can take emails. However emails take days to reply. I've had problems with this company in the past over shipping delays and would advise people being cautious when purchasing them.

Awful quality bed, poor customer service

Edit: Noo.Ma has suggested in a comment to my review that they've resolved my issue. They still haven't. Their customer service is non-existent, as many other reviews have mentioned on here.

Downgrading my recent, positive review. I bought the Streiko bed from Noo.ma recently. It was one of the most difficult, fiddly flat-pack furniture items I've ever put together, taking several hours. Once it was assembled, finally, the bed started to loosen and eventually wobble. I contacted Noo.ma and was told to use a different screwdriver than the one provided (why provide an insufficient one?). After tightening up the bed, it still wobbled. I've now had no reply from Noo.ma to my complaint for the past two weeks. The price is too good to be true.

Great products, nightmare service

Love the design and concept, but upon receiving, multiple pieces were chipped and damaged. Customer service offered a return, but harassed with constant emails.
Return packaging arrived - great that they do free returns - but was incredibly complex with tens of pieces of cardboard and no instructions.
As mentioned by others, the units are very difficult to put together - requiring body weight to put in place.

Bad/little customer service

I purchased Cambridge Audio Melomania earphones off of Amazon, and encountered problems with the earphones charging irregularly.

I have had over 7 back and forth messages from the customer service team over the course of a month and still cannot get a simple return authorised under my warranty. Cambridge Audio has no customer service line and forwards all queries through Amazon through to their own site which means re-submitting your information over again.

Their products are well-made but from my experience, their customer sales team shows little concern for repairing or replacing existing products once the order has been placed.

We have been experiencing a high ticket volume lately, which means that our reply time has not been as quick as we would like. This, coupled with the limitations and restrictions placed by Amazon when communicating through their platform has meant that processing returns has not been as straight forward as it should have been. We have recently introduced a new process which will automatically provide a pre-paid return label once your request has been submitted and approved, and should make this return procedure much quicker and simpler for customers who wish to return faulty items.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend. Ordering an expensive shelving unit which was displayed as taking 5-10 days delivery time, and it was finally dispatched 23 days later after chasing. The item was sent in three separate dispatches sent at different times, which means I have to wait for three parcels. Customer service wasn't helpful and unapologetic. Mentioned there was a delay from the manufacturer only after I chased them.
