Wow what a booking experience!
We have just booked our 27th Cruise and for the first time we decided to use CruiseKings after seeing an advert on social media.
We enquired about the Rocky Mountain Train package along with 7 Day Alaska Cruise.
The amount of information from Ray, who we have now nicknamed “The” Cruise King, was incredible.
A walking encyclopaedia of this particular trip and i guess many more.
We had no choice other than BOOK IT !
Such a breath of fresh air speaking to an expert in their field and organised and advised on things outside of the trip itself.
Can’t wait until June 2027 and will certainly be booking future cruises with Roy at CruiseKings, our very own Travel Butler!

Fantastic way of paying! The Astari payment ring is amazing. The face on the people with the card machines when i make payments is hilarious!
One lady said “i had a customer pay with his watch yesterday” i replied “that’s so old school, watch this!” I paid with my Astari Ring and she was speechless! 🤣
Hoping the new gold version 2 is slightly wider to match my wedding ring, waiting to purchase v2.

Purchased an Eve Uno mattress and was that impressed, we ordered another for spare room. When it came, it was same model (uno) mattress but omg totally different. Second one was so hard it was impossible to sleep on. Bensons advised sleep on for a while and would soften -5 months we gave it…. it didn’t. Bensons agreed to send independent assessor out. He came out and agreed they were definitely different, one soft, one hard. Bensons refused to accept the assessors report! What was the point sending him? Then we find out that EVE have a 200 day return policy and would have credited £649.99 and had mattress back if bought direct from EVE.
Lesson learnt, don’t buy from Bensons as Service is shocking!
Buy direct and you have a 200 day return policy with Manufacturer!
Why Bensons couldn’t have sent it back to EVE through that warranty i don’t know.
They weren’t bothered!
Any issues with Bensons, they wiggle out of their responsibilities……poor, very poor!
**Regarding Bensons Reply:
The Independent person categorically told us in our house, on inspection, the two mattresses were different, and as we are the second person with the same complaint, he would put it forward as faulty and recommend replacement/refund.
Bensons saying he didn't say this ?
You would have thought Bensons would show us this unedited report wouldn't you ?
But no, no copy of this report will be shown to us!
Bensons: You have our email - please forward the report !

Second time dealing with Rob at Prestige Performance Yorkshire and an absolute pleasure yet again! Took my car part exchange after offering a fair price and i purchased my dream car that was absolutely immaculate.

Never understood why Lansoprazole isnt available over the counter for such a common problem and has to be on prescription when you can buy off the shelf in USA.

Dealing with Select was straightforward and easy. Portal system with updates as well as regular email updates was superb.

We ordered a Stag online and was that impressed, decided to visit the Metal Works to see what else we could buy!
WOW! What a place - Why have we never heard of this Safari Park for metal animals (and people) before.
Fantastic place, well worth a one hour trip from Birmingham and spent another £1000.00 whilst there, lol.
Cafe was amazing - atmosphere and food was just fantastic, and a live singer !
The quality of products is very good, the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" and you most certainly do.

Terrible Company - Avoid At All Costs.
Charged me £17.99 to unlock iphone and once i paid they then asked for another £58.00 as compensation for 02 losing future talktime?
I was out of contract and owed 02 nothing?
Whats worse - i had signed into another deal with 02 anyway so they werent losing out at all.
I simply wanted the phone unlocked to sell on!
They couldnt explain what the extra £58.00 was for and who the money went to.....i guess its not 02 eh!
They simply quoted "you signed the terms and conditions".
I signed to say if i was still in contract they "could" come back for more money" - that was not applicable as my contract was up.
Refused a refund so i lost the initial £17.99 i paid and refused to pay the other £58.00. So unless you are willing to pay around £80.00 for the service - AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!
