The rooms are excellent as is breakfast. I have stayed many times over the years, and I know, if I want to stay anywhere in the area that will always be my first port-of- call.

I was notified of a drop in interest. With that message was an option to improve my rate by transferring to another ISA. Great ! I chose an internal transfer, which was done almost instantly. Quick, easy, seamless.

Awful website, no contact info, no phone numbers, no email, no way to request a quote..
When i eventually found a phone number, i was cut off twice.
Then despite a recent quote being valid, and all my information being available on line, i was told they couldn't give me a quote. Are you an insurance company or not !?
And then to be told the only available option is to use Go.compare and start from scratch is farcical.
Added the this I couldn't complete my information because, " my email was in use"????
What DOES that mean.

I've used them before and everytime they've been helpful, courteous and professional. They are quick and easy to use and offer currencies other businesses don't.
I'll definitely use them again.

I used these for the first time recently and was very impressed.
I was phoned to update me of progress, the young lady was very helpful, very pleasant, and very professional.
They were able to supply me currencies my previous company couldn't, small amounts weren't an issue, and they bought back my unused currency rapidly.
I couldn't fault them. I'll use them in future.
