First time I booked with cruise king…

First time I booked with cruise king (katie) in Jan 2026 . Very helpful and informative. Nothing was to much trouble . All questions answered and diffrent options looked at for best deals . I had such confidence within katie . I called her again in Feb 2926 to book another cruise to the Caribbean. Again nothing was to much trouble . Gave me lots of options. Different cruise ship with different destinations. Helped me to decide on the best one for us . Couldn't recommend them enough

So disappointed

So disappointed

I ordered my swift ridged foam hot tub last year in June/July pre ordered for August. It was for my partners therapy as he is disabled. This did not turn up till the end of Sept.
In Oct/November the pump unit broke and was over heating the water so we could not use it .
In August there was and issue withe the liner at the seam at the bottom . Which was leaking water . I emailed the company who told me to repair it with the repair kit which cam with the hot tub . We did then 2 weeks later the entire seam come apart on the liner .
Again I contacted the company to be told the liner is out of warranty which is only 6 months . I sent photos to the company to show that this is not a warranty issue that this is a product fault and should be replaced.
This is the response I got

I'm sorry to see the seam on your liner looks to have come apart, however the body of the spa is only covered for 6 months from the day it arrived on your doorstep.

 

This means we're unable to facilitate any replacement parts I'm afraid.

 

We are however, looking at the possibility of stocking replacement liners for your spa on our site in the coming months, so keep an eye out for this

This means we're unable to facilitate any replacement parts I'm afraid.

So they don't even stock a liner for my hot tub . So after spending almost £1000 I now have a hot tub which I can't use after less then a year .
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement

I am disappointed to read your review as this is not how we want our customers to feel.

We are incredibly proud of both the products and services we provide to our customers and it is unfortunate to hear your views on us is so negative.

In relation to the warranty and the 6 months timeline, this is something we can't extend I'm afraid.

Faults and warranty issues are the same thing I'm afraid.

We are looking into the possibility of stocking and selling the replacement liners for this tub in the future.

If this takes place we will contact you in the future to notify you of this.

I am sorry you feel this way and we are unable to help any further due to the warranty ending.

It is a shame that this only way to…

It is a shame that this only way to receive a reply from your company.
I had a reply telling me that my hot tub would be dispatched today and I would receive tracking information for.this .
Unfortunately this has not happened.
If you are not going to dispatch this today then it would be better to tell the customer surely instead of leaving them wondering what is happening. This is very poor customer services.

I ordered and paid for my hot tub

I ordered and paid for my hot tub . I received a confirmation email from them . But no other information. After 5 emails over two week period of trying to gain information of delivery date . And multiple attempts through website to be told they can't find my order .
It is with disappointment I am writing this review
