Friends of ours booked a trip with loveitbookit on the Mekong River visiting Vietnam and Cambodia with AmaWaterways. They asked if we would like to join them so I made an enquiry and was told that the trip was sold out. We were so disappointed but I put our names down for any cancellations. Totally out of the blue I received a call 2 days later from Olivia Smith from loveitbookit. Olivia had been working behind the scenes, unbeknown to me trying to find a solution and she managed to get us a balcony cabin on the ship. What can I say?? Olivia was amazing and I was very grateful for all the work she put in to secure us that trip. She said she didn't want to give us false hope so didn't mention that she was trying her best to secure us a cabin. I would like to thank Olivia for all her efforts. You are amazing and loveitbookit should be very proud of your work ethics. You went up and beyond and succeeded. Thank you!

We have been with FD for well over 20 years and in all that time I have never had any problems whether by phone, mobile or Internet banking. I ordered a suite at the Cardiff branch in October. The salesman was great and very helpful. Delivery of suite was expected before Christmas and sure enough it came in on the 18th Dec. Sofology got in touch to arrange delivery which I expected before Christmas, unfortunately there were no delivery slots. This amazed me as we stressed we wanted the suite for Christmas and assumed that delivery was all in hand.....not to be! I put it down to the lack of drivers. I arranged a date for today 4th Jan 22 and had an email confirming the date. On Dec 31st I had a missed call from Sofology asking me to call them back to arrange delivery. I called the number I had been given back and spoke to a lady who confirmed that my delivery was booked in for Tuesday 4th. Early on the Tuesday morning the lounge was cleared of furniture. At around 12.30 pm the same day I had yet another call asking if delivery could be arranged for Friday! I stressed my furniture had been disposed of and I was expecting delivery that day. As you can guess, my suite was not arriving that day! I always promised myself a suite from sofology but never again. I have now cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund. My experience with sofology will not be repeated. I will never go there again.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard while I was deciding on what model sofa to have. Then once I'd decided what model I wanted he sent me numerous swatches and photographs of sofas while I tried to decide on a colour. Thank you for all your help Richard. The sofa I chose was the Pisa which Richard recommended after I gave him my requirements The sofas are incredibly comfortable and my 2 beautiful spaniels have found their comfy spot on them. I would recommend SofaItalia to anyone looking for a comfy sofa and excellent customer service.
