I have used pet drugs online for years and they have always been very efficient. Today I had to hold on the phone for over 30 minutes to get an answer. Last month was the same. Perscriptions always used to arrive in a couple of days, now it's over a week. Very frustrating.

This is a great company to get your pet's medication. Prices are amazing. Eg my dogs eye cream £90 at vets, £30 + perscription from pet drugs online. My only reason for a 4 star rating is the time it took for my call to be answered. I recommend this company 100%.
